Youth Wrestling Program

PAL youth wrestling is focused on the boy or girl that wants to participate athletically in a structured recognized sport that is extremely challenging while offering rewards not otherwise available to them. Wrestlers should be with the grades 4th through 6th. All wrestlers and parents are bound by the rules set forth by the Police Athletic League of Zanesville.

The overall goal of the PAL wrestling program is to educate and motivate the youth athlete to be self-disciplined, promote good sportsmanship, promote the need for good grades, and promote physical conditioning in a sport that is extremely physically demanding and rewarding.
