PAL Facility is located at 804 Pine Street, on the southeast corner of Pine and Nancy Avenue.

From I-70:  EXIT at "National Road" Exit - TURN EAST into town on National Road (US RT#40).

Turn SOUTH (Right) (Third Light) on Pine to Nancy Avenue (About 14 Blocks over hill).
